At The Real Cure, we're passionate about producing exceptional British charcuterie using traditional methods and the finest ingredients. We're looking for a hardworking and organised Preparation & Packing Processor to join our team.
This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in ensuring our award-winning products are prepared, packed and dispatched to the highest quality standards.
As a Preparation & Packing Processor, you'll be responsible for monitoring the progress of our salami batches, preparing products for packing, and maintaining accurate records.
You'll work closely with the wider production team to ensure stock is well organised and our products consistently meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess salami batches to determine when they are ready for processing
- Organise and manage drying chillers, ensuring stock is rotated correctly
- Maintain accurate production and traceability records
- Peel, portion and pack salamis to specification
- Ensure excellent food hygiene, safety and quality standards are maintained
- Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
- Support colleagues across the production team as required

Previous Experience
Experience within food production, manufacturing, or packing is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
