CrewByte is an early-stage startup and is not currently in a position to offer a salary. The salary shown on Indeed is only displayed because the platform requires a pay figure.
Instead, we're looking for someone who wants to become a co-founder, receiving meaningful equity ownership in the business and helping build CrewByte from the ground up.
If you're only looking for paid employment, this role won't be the right fit.
About CrewByte
CrewByte is a workforce / Employee management platform built specifically for shift-based businesses.
After years working in hospitality management, We experienced first-hand how outdated and frustrating workforce software can be. CrewByte is being built to change that by making scheduling, labour management, leave requests, time tracking and day-to-day operations simple and enjoyable.
The branding, product vision, roadmap, and an early stage platform and business direction are already established. I'm now looking for the right partner to help bring that vision to life.
What You'll Be Doing
As a Startup Co-Founder you'll be involved in every aspect of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Building and improving the CrewByte platform
- Making key technical decisions
- Designing scalable architecture
- Working closely with the founder on new ideas
- Helping shape the long-term vision of the company
- Solving real problems for thousands of future users
As a co-founder, your ideas and decisions will directly shape the future of CrewByte. This is an opportunity to build something you'll genuinely have ownership of.
Who I'm Looking For
I'm looking for someone who:
- Has experience with modern web development
- Loves building products from scratch and has a creative mindset
- Wants ownership instead of simply another job
- Can dedicate time alongside existing work or studies initially
- Enjoys solving difficult problems
- Wants to build something meaningful over the next several years
Startup experience isn't required.
Passion, curiosity and commitment matter far more.
