Salary: £45,000– £70,000/ £80,000 (OTE including basic and commission on conveyancing commission)

If you’re an experienced residential conveyancer who’s fed up with carrying unnecessary admin, constantly firefighting, and feeling you never have enough time to do the legal work properly, we’d like to speak to you.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, highly structured, and takes ownership of every file. You communicate directly and confidently while maintaining a good bedside manner. You can explain difficult legal issues clearly, manage expectations early, and keep clients calm without overcomplicating matters or avoiding difficult conversations.
You don’t simply update clients—you lead the transaction.
