We carry out both domestic and commercial work and experience in both sectors would be preferred but is not necessary

Job duties
. Carry out electrical work in domestic and commercial buildings, including consumer unit changes, electrical rewires, wiring upgrades, minor works and fault finding.
. Carry out inspection and testing and complete all necessary certification in accordance with IEE Wiring regulations
. Ensure you are in compliance with the IEE Wiring Regulations at all times and appropriate materials are used
. Carry out and install all works to a high quality and a competent manner, ensuring that all properties are left in a clean and tidy condition
. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, digital uploads, including but not limited to job sheets, test reports and certificates
. To oversee all works completed by any apprentice under your supervision and to provide regular on the job training
. To observe and comply with the companies H&S policies and company procedures
Skills and abilities required
. Full driving licence
. Qualified to C&G (Electrical installations) and NVQ Level 3 or equivalent with at least 3 years experience
. Certificate in BS7671 - The Requirements for Electrical Installations 18th Edition
. Competency to carry out Electrical Inspection Condition Reports
. Experience completing NICEIC certificates
. Excellent organisational skills/ time management / working to deadlines
. Strong communication skills
. Basic IT skills (for reports and certification)

Pay: £35,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
