About Us
JD Dental is a highly respected, long-standing high street practice in High Wycombe. With a proud 4.5-star Google review rating and a stellar reputation established over decades, we are a household name in the local community.
We are a fully digital, forward-thinking mixed practice offering a premium environment for both staff and patients. The practice is currently undergoing an exciting expansion and complete refurbishment—introducing brand-new, state-of-the-art surgeries that will be fully completed and ready for your start date. We pride ourselves on an incredibly supportive culture, boasting long-standing nursing and administrative teams with exceptionally low staff turnover.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an ethical, quality-driven Associate Dentist to take over a well-established mixed patient list of over 30 years. You will enjoy full clinical freedom, state-of-the-art diagnostic support, and unmatched private earning potential. As a practice, we are large Invisalign and 32Co providers, offering a massive 47% lab discount to significantly maximize your take-home clear aligner earnings.
What We Offer:
- Patient Finance Infrastructure: We have dedicated 0% interest-free finance options (spread over 12 months) fully set up for patients. Combined with our in-house Treatment Coordinator (TCO), this removes financial friction, making it incredibly easy to sign up patients for high-value private, cosmetic, and implant treatment plans.
- Advanced AI Workflow: Work with Dentally cloud software integrated with Dentally Vision AI (powered by Second Opinion). The AI automatically analyzes radiographs in real-time chairside, acting as a powerful diagnostic assistant to help you spot pathology quicker and drive clear, visual patient education.
- Financial Incentives: Exceptional private earning potential with a 47% lab discount on our high-volume clear aligner cases.
- State-of-the-Art Equipment: Newly refurbished, spacious surgeries equipped with a Trios 3 intra-oral scanner, CBCT/OPG scanner, digital X-rays, WaveOne Rotary Endo (available for both NHS & Private), and clinipads.
- Incredible Support Structure: Work alongside experienced, long-term dental nurses and admin staff, as well as an on-site implantologist/oral surgeon, and dentists with special interests in Endodontics and Periodontics.
Requirements:
- Active GDC registration (Essential)
- Valid NHS Performer Number (Essential)
- Interest or experience in clear aligners/cosmetic dentistry is advantageous but not essential
- A desire to deliver high-quality, ethical dentistry
