Duties
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks to support chefs and kitchen staff
- Wash, peel, chop, and organize ingredients to ensure smooth workflow
- Clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment promptly and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, and storage areas in compliance with health standards
- Support with waste disposal and recycling procedures to uphold hygiene standards
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure availability during service hours
- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
