Job Summary
We are seeking motivated self-employed professionals to rent chairs within our established salon environment. This opportunity allows independent practitioners to operate their own business while benefiting from a well-equipped, professional space. Duties
- Provide specialised beauty or grooming services such as barbering, eyelash extensions, or makeup application to clients.
- Manage your own schedule and client appointments efficiently.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in your designated chair area.
- Upsell additional services or retail products to maximise client satisfaction and revenue.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable during their visit.
- Engage with clients professionally, fostering long-term relationships through effective communication and personalised care.
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including appointment bookings and client enquiries.
- Mentor or guide less experienced colleagues when appropriate, sharing expertise in store management or specialised treatments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in store management, barbering, eyelash extensions, makeup application, or related beauty services.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to engage clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently as a self-employed professional within a team environment.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage appointments and maintain a professional workspace.
- Experience in upselling retail products or additional services is advantageous.
- A professional attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
- Relevant certifications or licences for specialised treatments (if applicable).
