We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our front of house team.
Hours: approx 20 hours per week
Experience in a waiting role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right person. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a busy environment. We are incredibly proud of the food we produce, focusing on fresh local produce detail in flavour so the role would be best suited to someone who is passionate about good food and is eager to help push our talented team forward.
Key responsibilities
- Taking customer orders and serving food and drinks
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service
- Keeping tables and dining areas clean and tidy
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Following food hygiene and safety standards
- Knowledge on our menu in order to talk to customers about our food processes and able to upsell. (We do a team food tasting each time the menu changes)
