Busy independent small animal clinic in Manchester.
We are looking for a hard-working, compassionate and motivated registered veterinary nurse (RVN) to join our dedicated veterinary team.
The successful candidate will play an important role in providing high-quality care to patients and supporting the veterinary surgeons across a varied and busy case load.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring anaesthesia.
- Providing high-quality patient care, including monitoring, administering medications and nutrition.
- Assisting with ECC.
- Diagnostic imaging.
- Maintaining and producing accurate patient records and documents.
- maintaining high standard of cleanliness and infection control.
- working collaboratively as part of a team.
About the practice:
We are an independently owned vets that care for every patient. We have a dedicated day each week to treat patients from a rescue, we work along side the rescue to provide these patients with the best chance of being rehomed. We have 3 visiting specialists that offer orthopaedic, soft tissue and diagnostic imaging services. We have a particular interest in wildlife and often treat, rehabilitate and release many species.
Above all we are looking for an RVN who genuinely cares for their patients and takes pride in their work. This is a full time position 40 hours per week with 1 in 4 Saturdays . Either 4 or 5 day working week.
MUST be RCVS registered veterinary nurse.
