We are seeking to appoint an experienced Vehicle Parts Advisor (Telesales) to join our busy and successful parts team at the Hawkins Auto Parts central parts distribution hub in St Stephen near St Austell.
Hawkins Auto Parts are officially appointed suppliers and distributors for Peugeot, Citroën, DS, Kia, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, MG, Nissan, Vauxhall, Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Jeep and Chrysler.
We also offer certified parts for all makes and models of cars and light commercials from leading brands such as Bosch, LUK, Delphi, Mahle and Eurorepar as well as Sealey tools and workshop equipment.
We hold over 14,000 items of stock and supply parts and accessories to our own dealerships and trade and retail customers across Cornwall and South Devon.
Previous experience in parts sales is required, you will also receive full training. It is essential that you can demonstrate good automotive technical aptitude and an understanding of vehicle components. As well as a having a good phone manner you must be a clear and confident communicator and a good team player.
Your key responsibilities will be to look after our trade, retail and internal workshop customers by taking and processing incoming parts sales calls and when required counter sales.
This position is permanent Monday-Friday 42.5 hours per week with a basic salary that is negotiable dependent on experience and a bonus based on sales performance.
