We’re a small group of independent venues based in Maldon and Heybridge, including The Anchor, The Muddy Duck, and Hemlocks Lounge. We pride ourselves on our close-knit team, great working relationships, and welcoming atmosphere.
We’re looking for a confident, chatty individual with some bar experience to join our team at Hemlocks Lounge Bar.
Mixology or cocktail experience is a bonus, but a passion for hospitality and a willingness to learn is just as important.
What we’re looking for:
- Bar experience (cocktails/mixology preferred but not essential)
- A friendly, confident, and chatty personality
- Reliable, committed, and a good team player
- Must be 18+
- Must be able to drive
- MUST be available/flexible on weekends
Shifts are typically:
Friday or Saturday: 4pm-11:30pm
Every other Thursday 4pm-11pm
Occasional Sundays - 2pm-7pm
Pay: £10.00-£13.00 per hour
