Lettings Coordinator – Estate Agency | Nuneaton
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Coordinator to join a busy and successful estate agency in Nuneaton.
This is a hybrid lettings role combining responsibilities of a Senior Lettings Negotiator and Property Manager, ideal for someone with strong experience across residential lettings, tenancy progression, and property management.

Key Responsibilities (Lettings & Property Management)
- Registering and qualifying applicants (tenants)
- Booking and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing lets
- Managing the tenancy progression process from offer to move-in
- Carrying out inventories, property inspections, and check-ins/check-outs
- Coordinating tenancy agreements and compliance documentation
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Managing property maintenance issues and repairs
- Ensuring full compliance with lettings legislation and regulations
- Generating new business through applicant matching, referrals, and local market knowledge
- Supporting the office in achieving lettings targets and KPIs
Requirements (Estate Agency / Lettings Experience)
- Previous experience in lettings, estate agency, or property management
- (Lettings Negotiator, Senior Lettings Negotiator, Property Manager or similar)
- Strong knowledge of the residential lettings process from enquiry to move-out
- Experience with tenancy progression, compliance, and property inspections
- Excellent administration skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and friendly telephone manner
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Proactive, driven, and eager to learn and develop
- Positive, team-focused and personable attitude
- Full UK driving licence (clean driving licence required)

- Basic salary: £30,000 – £32,500
- On-target earnings (OTE): £40,000 – £45,000
