Honington CE Primary School are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support pupils' learning, development and wellbeing, work closely with class teachers to help all children access the curriculum and achieve their best.
What will the job entail?
The role will include supporting children in class, working with individuals and small groups, helping to deliver planned interventions, preparing resources and supporting children during the wider school day.
Your responsibilities will be to:

support pupils with learning, behaviour and wellbeing
-
work with teachers to deliver planned activities and interventions
-
help create a calm, positive and purposeful classroom
-
encourage children’s confidence, independence and positive relationships
-
contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
You will need:
-
a good standard of English and maths, ideally GCSE grade C/4 or above, or equivalent
-
experience of working with children, or the skills and attitude to succeed in the role
-
to be warm, flexible, positive and able to work well as part of a team.
