Job Summary
The Senior Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring exceptional standards of administration, efficiency and client service are maintained at all times.
Working closely with Advisers, Paraplanners and the wider support team, you will help oversee administrative activities, coordinate workflows, support staff development and contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of the business, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Support Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with client servicing and administrative activities.
- Monitor workloads and help ensure client deadlines and service standards are consistently achieved.
- Manage workflows and ensure cases progress smoothly through the financial planning process.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation using Intelliflo and other business systems.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing a professional, friendly and responsive service.
- Support and mentor team members, helping to create a collaborative and high-performing working environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and the overall client experience.
- Assist in maintaining operational standards, procedures and regulatory requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in an office management or administration role with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong proficiency in Intelliflo and Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous experience within financial planning or wealth management
- Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to motivate, support and develop colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including a professional and confident telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently, use initiative and solve problems effectively.
