Job Title: Front of House / Waiter/ Waitress (Full Time)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Server / Front of house person to join our team at Lyla. Lyla is an ambitious fine dining restaurant that serves an extended tasting menu using premium Scottish and international ingredients.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering great guest experiences and thrives in a refined, service-led environment with previous hospitality experience necessary.
Duties:
-Polishing glassware & cutlery
-Maintaining overall hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant
-Deliver warm, attentive and professional service to the guests
-Demonstrate strong menu knowledge, including food and beverage pairings
-Uphold the highest standards of presentation, service and cleanliness
