Trim Shop Assistant
Hours:
08.00 to 16.30- Monday - Thursday
08.00 to 16.00 – Friday
Salary: Competitive
We have an opportunity within our Trim Shop to come and join the team on a full-time basis.
Main Objective
Assist in the production of seating and trim products, in support of the Company's business plan, quality standards and operational objectives.
Duties and responsibilities
· Assist in the assembly of interior trim products within agreed quality standards and timescales
· Assist in laying and cutting of materials using specialist cutting machinery (where trained)
· Use of specialist tools and machinery e.g. embroidery, spray booth, eyelet press etc.
· Appropriate boxing, packing, wrapping and strapping-up of trim products for storage and/or delivery
· Assist in unloading and storage of raw materials
· Carry out any other duties as required and as commensurate with role
