Sales Manager – Alternative Investments
Salary - £40 - £50,000 Basic + Realistic OTE: £75k Yr 1, £100k Yr 2, £125k+ Yr 3
Location - London (Office Based, The Gherkin Building)
Hours - Monday to Thursday 10:45 – 19:00 & Friday 10:45 – 15:30

The Role
We’re looking for a hands‑on Sales Manager to lead, coach, and grow an energetic outbound telesales team. You’ll run the sales floor day‑to‑day, drive performance, and develop a new team of 12–14 New Business Account Managers while supporting Senior Account Managers with high‑value clients. This is ideal for someone who’s already managed a telesales team and wants more ownership, progression, and earning potential.
What You’ll Do
· Lead, coach, and motivate an energetic outbound telesales team
· Run daily sales huddles, call coaching, and performance reviews
· Set and manage KPIs, targets, and activity levels
· Support high‑value client conversations and complex deals
· Recruit, onboard, and train new sales talent
· Drive new client acquisition strategies and revenue growth
· Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and client suitability
· Track key metrics: conversions, pipeline, revenue, investment size
