Specialist Sales Consultant
Marvel Heating & Renewable Energy are highly experienced specialists in the design, supply and installation of Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV and battery systems. We are a registered MCS company operating within Government grant schemes in the renewable sector.
We specialise in helping customers to make the transition from traditional fossil fuelled heating systems to subsidised renewable technologies. Marvel assist customers to receive air source heat pump grants under the Boiler Upgrade scheme of up to £9000 for the replacement of fossil fuel boilers. We also install solar pv systems and battery storage for our customers using in-house teams.
Due to the rapidly increasing interest in air source heat pumps and solar PV, Marvel Heating is needing to expand our salesforce further and are actively looking for full time and experienced sales consultants to join our growing team.
The role requires hard working, enthusiastic individuals who are looking for a lucrative career in an exciting, fast growing industry with a company that offers a very competitive remuneration packages and excellent training and support.
Experience in selling air source heat pumps ad/or sale and battery systems is preferable for this role; however, full and ongoing training will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
· Visiting potential clients in their homes from pre-qualified set appointments across the north of England.
· Presenting the company products with professionalism, diligence and enthusiasm.
· Recommending appropriate solutions to meet customer requirements.
· Managing and taking ownership of outstanding pipeline.
· Reporting to the senior management team.
· Ongoing training to upskill and develop sales and knowledge capacity.
· Meeting personal and sales team targets.
-This is a Monday -Friday role with very occasional Saturdays under extreme circumstances
Skills and Experience:
· Proven sales experience in the renewable sector
· Successful track record
· Experience working with CRM systems
· Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
· Computer use competency
· Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Self motivated and driven
Job Package:
Full Driving License is essential, company vehicle will be supplied.

Salary: £28,000 per year basic + commission + bonuses + fuel card OTE £80k -100k
