AD Systems is currently looking to recruit a confident IT Support Engineer to aid and help clients and our own installation engineers with a range of CCTV, access control and door entry systems and general IT support for AI servers and CCTV servers.
As a forward thinking and dynamic employer, our ideal candidate will have previous support desk experience and excellent customer service skills.
Job Type

The Role
o Provide Support and assistance to our clients and engineers via phone and email.
o Raise and distribute jobs to engineers.
o Provide remote preventative support.
o Keep the inhouse software up to date with detailed changes.
o Become one of the inhouse IT support engineers.
Desirable Skills
o Computer related qualifications, Diploma / MS Certification
o Minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting desktops and servers.
o Windows 10/11, Server 2012/16/19
o DNS / DHCP / AD / WDS / LAN / WAN / VPN’s
o MS Office Products Word / Excel / Outlook
o Firewall Configuration
Package
o £24-28k per annum dependent on experience
o Holidays 21 days 1st year+ bank holidays going up for each year of service for 3 years
