JOB ROLE
To welcome and serve our guests in a friendly, individual and informed way whilst delivering the highest standard of customer service. You will support the team to promote the benefits of membership and continuously drive sales whilst ensuring a smooth running of the cinema in line with policies and procedures.
You will be expected to work across all areas of the business including the bar, restaurant and cinema.
ATTRIBUTES AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
Experience in a customer facing role
Experience in an F&B environment
Experience in hospitality
Knowledge and experience in sales
Confident in communication with customers and colleagues
Work effectively as part of a large team
Available to work at key business times i.e. evenings and weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
