Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Cleaner or commercial cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in private homes and commercial premises. Prior experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is advantageous, but full training will be provided. The position is paid and suitable for those seeking flexible working hours.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise all designated areas within clients’ homes or commercial premises, including kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and offices.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to ensure surfaces are hygienic and presentable.
- Organise cleaning schedules according to client requirements and priorities.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of quality.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the relevant supervisor or client.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned duties within scheduled periods.
Skills
- Previous experience in janitorial, hotel, or commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail to ensure thorough cleaning and high standards of hygiene are maintained.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude towards work responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to safety protocols.

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
