Part time Cleaning Operative – Approx. 20 Hours per Week
Total Care Cleaning Ltd is looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Operative to join our growing team on a Part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week).
This role is primarily remote, with work carried out across various client locations. A full UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to travel between sites, some of which are in remote areas. The role also includes periods of lone working, so applicants must be confident working independently and managing their own workload.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, and is committed to delivering a high standard of cleaning for our clients. The position involves manual and physical tasks, so applicants must be able to carry out all duties safely and effectively.
Working Hours
This is an evening-based role, with shifts typically starting from 3:00 pm onwards. Depending on the sites being cleaned, shifts may finish late in the evening or continue into the early hours of the morning. Applicants must be flexible and able to work these hours on a regular basis.
Pay
The starting rate is £13.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on successful completion of the probationary period and ongoing performance.
Recruitment Process
