Dream Days is offering an exciting opportunity for a professional, loving person with a natural passion for working within Early Years. Our home based setting follows the Children's interests and is led by their ideas and explorations. Based on the outskirts of Wellingborough we follow an individual approach that expands both the Early Years and teams skill sets.
Our intimate and homely environment has grown organically and we are now looking to expand our team.
From outdoor play to local adventures our focus is helping the children to build confidence and understand the community through interacting with businesses and natural environments. Through a close and heart warming connection with the local Residential home we have fostered friendships that transcend generations.
Day to day we have a free flow facility with a Play Room, Reggio Room, Creative Kitchen, Art Studio, Sleep Room and an Outdoor Space offering opportunities for risk taking and immersive play.
We are looking for someone who is Level 3 Qualified with an understanding of Child Development and the importance of being led by the children.
