Rapid Repair Technician, Dudley, West Midlands | Up to £51,500 per annum + uncapped bonus
We are currently recruiting for a Rapid Repair Technician on behalf of our client, a well-equipped, modern vehicle repair centre in Dudley. This role offers strong earning potential, stability, and the opportunity to work with major insurance companies.

- Permanent position with Monday to Friday working hours, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (45 hours/week)

Duties as a Rapid Repair Technician:
- Complete rapid repairs and smart fixes across a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Use your Rapid Repair Technician expertise to deliver quality repairs quickly and efficiently
- Assist with, or undertake training for, ADAS calibration and diagnostics
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and customer satisfaction
- Support a team environment and keep work accurate, efficient and compliant
Requirements for the Bodyshop Technician Position:
- Qualified MET, Panel and Prepper technician with ATA accreditation
- Experience or training relevant to advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS)
- Strong vehicle repair background and a proactive approach to continuous learning
- Reliability, attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work collaboratively in a busy repair centre
