Overview:
We are currently seeking a Tire Technician to join our team in maintaining and servicing tyres for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive maintenance and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Mounting, balancing, and rotating tyres
- Repairing punctures and flat tyres
- Conducting wheel alignments
- Inspecting tyre tread wear and recommending replacements
- Providing exceptional customer service while addressing tyre-related queries
- Using hand tools and power tools effectively
- Handling heavy lifting tasks related to tyres
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in tyre fitting or automotive maintenance preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge of tyre systems and maintenance procedures
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work efficiently in a physically demanding environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for tyre servicing
