- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work
- Demonstrable ability to operate hand tools and power tools effectively
- Experience in fabrication and custom construction tasks is desirable
- Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Valid driving licence is preferred for transportation between sites
