We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team at Victoria House, Hampshire Court.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team where the work you do genuinely makes a difference. As a Cleaner, you’ll play an important role in maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.
Approved Premises provide essential support to individuals released from prison, offering enhanced supervision and rehabilitation as they transition back into the community. Working in this unique environment, you’ll be helping to create a safe, comfortable and positive setting that supports people on their journey towards a more positive future.

What you'll do:

Take pride in your work by completing scheduled cleaning tasks to a consistently high standard.

Carry out periodic deep cleans as required, helping to keep the environment fresh, hygienic and welcoming.

Keep kitchens, toilets, communal areas and other facilities clean, tidy and presentable at all times.

Monitor and replenish essential supplies, including toilet tissue, hand soap and other consumables.

Work closely with the security team, building positive relationships and reporting any faults, maintenance issues or potential hazards promptly.

Support the wider team by helping to maintain clean and presentable working areas.

Bring a friendly, approachable and professional attitude to your work, helping to create a positive environment for residents, colleagues and visitors.

What you bring:

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential — full training will be provided, including cleaning products, equipment and health and safety.

A friendly, approachable attitude with good communication and customer service skills.

Someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating clean, safe and welcoming spaces.

The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high standards and adapting to changing priorities.
