We are currently looking for an experienced and confident Front of House Team Member to join our team at The Golden
This role is ideal for someone who already has strong hospitality experience and enjoys working in a service-led environment where attention to detail, guest care and team spirit matter. We’re looking for someone who is naturally warm and personable, confident on the floor and able to deliver excellent service with ease during both busy and quieter moments.

- Previous front of house experience in a pub, restaurant or hospitality setting

- High standards, great attention to detail and pride in their work
- Has to have flexibility to work evenings and weekends as part of the rota
The role
As part of our front of house team, you’ll play an important part in shaping the guest experience from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service
- Greeting guests and creating a welcoming first impression
- Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently
- Running food and drinks and supporting smooth day-to-day service
- Building strong menu and drinks knowledge to guide and assist guests
- Maintaining high standards across the restaurant and pub floor
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure every service runs seamlessly

Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Henley on Thames RG9 6AH: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
