Key Requirements
We are looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist who is passionate about the beauty industry and enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a welcoming salon environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous reception experience, ideally in a salon, spa or customer-facing environment
- Strong organisation and communication skills
- Confidence in recommending and upselling treatments and products
- A warm, professional and personable approach with clients
- A genuine passion for the beauty industry
- Ability to work as part of a supportive team
- Able to work within a busy role
- Able to multi task and be organised

The Role
This is a dual role supporting both front-of-house reception duties and beauty treatments. You'll help create a welcoming experience for clients while supporting the delivery of high-quality treatments and maintaining smooth day-to-day salon operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming salon environment
- Greet clients, manage bookings and handle enquiries
- Recommend treatments and products where appropriate
Salon Operations
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional workspace
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily operations
- Stay up to date with beauty trends and techniques
