Overview
We are seeking a skilled Pattern Cutter & Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our apparel manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment construction, drafting, and machining, with an eye for detail and precision.
Duties
- Create and modify patterns based on design specifications
- Operate sewing machines and other manufacturing equipment
- Maintain organised records of pattern versions and revisions for reference
Qualifications
- Proven experience in drafting, machining, or garment construction within a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to sewing machines
- Proficiency in sewing, with the ability to operate sewing machines confidently
- Familiarity with garment manufacturing processes and technical specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in pattern development
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
