We are looking for a Customer Delivery Operative to deliver goods to customers, whilst also providing an excellent customer service experience.
Key responsibilities include:

Manual handling of heavy, bulky items in a safe and careful manner.

Ensure customers receive the accurate hire equipment on time and in a positive & friendly manner in accordance with our delivery targets

Resolve problems promptly, communicating with customers and colleagues as required.

Follow safe working processes/practices while driving and loading/unloading, using appropriate machinery.

Communicate with colleagues in other departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
-
Operate THX’s delivery IT system, updating the system data and taking pictures of equipment.

Raise issues and opportunities to improve the THX operations.

Identify sales opportunities while travelling and report these back to the sales team.
Requirements
-
Experience in a customer-facing role, providing excellent customer service.

Previous experience of driving professionally & delivering goods is preferred, but not essential.

Manual handling and the ability to maneuver heavy equipment.
- A valid, clean UK driving license for manual vehicles.

Computer literate with a familiarity of IT and navigation systems.

Reliable, flexible and a strong team-player.

Comfortable driving in congested areas include London.
