As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of DoubleTree by Hilton London - West End which is a 275-room hotel is perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.
What your day will look like?
You’ll start your day early, preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality breakfast dishes that set the tone for a great guest experience. From ensuring the buffet is well-presented and fully stocked to handling made-to-order items with care and precision, you’ll take pride in delivering consistent, delicious food. You’ll work closely with the kitchen and FB team to ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety, and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes every guest’s morning memorable.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef with a passion for preparing authentic Indian breakfast dishes. You’ll have a deep knowledge of traditional recipes and techniques, with the ability to deliver high-quality, flavorful dishes consistently. Excellent time management and organizational skills are essential to handle a busy breakfast service efficiently. You’ll maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, work collaboratively with your team, and take pride in presentation. Most importantly, you’ll bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a commitment to giving every guest a memorable start to their day.
