At Anthoney Consulting, we are currently partnering with an excellent client in the construction sector to find a skilled professional to join their London-based team.
Our client specializes in mid to large-scale construction and fit-out projects across Europe, with a strong focus on the office, retail, and hospitality sectors.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Estimating & Tenders: Preparing accurate cost estimates and detailed tender analyses.
Budget Management: Managing budgets and cost plans throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Collaboration: Working closely alongside project management, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment.
Financial Reporting: Supporting overall project feasibility and financial reporting.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in a cost estimation role within construction or fit-out projects.
Background: A degree or strong background in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
Skills: Strong analytical skills, sharp commercial awareness, and excellent communication.
