We’re looking for a General Manager who can lead from the front, build culture, bring energy to the room, and make FEDS the kind of place people talk about long after they leave.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality and loves building strong teams and unforgettable venues.
You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, drive standards without killing the vibe, and create an environment where both staff and customers want to keep coming back.
You’ll work closely with the wider leadership team to help shape the future of FEDS as the brand continues to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running the venue day-to-day and keeping standards high across every service
- Building, leading, and developing an exceptional team
- Creating a positive, energetic culture people want to be part of
- Driving sales, performance, and profitability
- Delivering consistently great guest experiences
- Managing rotas, stock, labour, reporting, and venue operations
- Maintaining food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Handling customer feedback with confidence and personality
- Bringing ideas to the table for events, marketing, and growing the brand
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a General Manager or senior leader in hospitality
- Someone hands-on, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Strong people skills — you know how to motivate a team and get the best from people
- Experience in high-volume restaurants, bars, QSR, or fast-paced hospitality
- Commercial awareness and understanding of P&L performance
- Organised, reliable, and adaptable
- Personality, energy, and genuine passion for hospitality
