We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger Clerk. We are a small and friendly team looking for a permanent member of staff. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in Financial Services.
This is a full time post of 37.5 hours per week. The post holder may be required to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service.

Responsible for raising all the invoices and credit notes for the Trust.
Responsible for all new customer set ups on the sales ledger.
Responsible for maintenance of the sales ledger.
Provide assistance to the creditors payments team.
Responsible for banking and updating income records. Ensures financial information is processed in accordance with procedures in order to provide information for statutory returns.
Responsible for aiding in the collection of debts and monitoring of the Trust sales ledger promptly and accurately in accordance with the Trust’s Standing Financial Instructions and departmental procedures
