Kitchen Porter – Busy Village Pub
We’re looking for a reliable and hard-working Kitchen Porter to join our friendly team at a busy village pub. This is a fast-paced role at the heart of the kitchen, helping keep service running smoothly and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Responsibilities
- Washing dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Keeping kitchen and storage areas clean and tidy
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation when needed
- Managing waste and recycling
- Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Following food hygiene and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
- Previous kitchen experience helpful but not essential — full training provided
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
