Iris & June in an independent neighbourhood café in the heart of Victoria, London. We love coffee. We pull every shot and brew every cup with the same mission statement: Make it awesome. We have been serving the people of Victoria for over a decade.
We don't just do coffee. Our selection of delicious food is prepared by our kitchen team fresh, on site, every day with support from a community of high quality, sustainable suppliers.

About you
We are looking for dependable and trustworthy proactive team players to join us. We’d like you to share our values – community, sustainability, and innovation - and possess strong skills including self-awareness, adaptability, collaboration, curiosity, and excellent time management. You’ll be a meticulous and proactive team player: someone who wants to do the very best they can in all they do and to support the team.

You must have:
· Eligibility to work in UK.
· Good spoken and written English
· Commute within 45min of Victoria (our closest stations are Victoria Train and Underground, St James' Park Underground)
· Available Monday to Friday
· Available to start from Mid August 2026
Good to have, but not essential:
· 6 months to 1 year customer service experience
· Good working knowledge of specialty coffee, coffee machines, grinders and manual brewing
· Food Health and Safety (level 1 or 2)
