Seymour’s is looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join our successful Godalming office at an exciting stage of growth.
As a market-leading independent estate and letting agent in Surrey, we have ambitious plans to further grow our Godalming Lettings business and are looking for someone who wants to play an important part in that journey.
Working directly with the Lettings Director and wider Godalming team, you'll be responsible for delivering an excellent experience to applicants and landlords while helping drive the continued growth of the department.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, personable and commercially minded – someone who enjoys speaking to people, creating opportunities and getting results.
The Role
- Registering and qualifying new applicants
- Proactively matching applicants to suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting viewings
- Following up applicants and viewings effectively
- Negotiating offers between applicants and landlords
- Progressing agreed lets efficiently
- Building strong relationships with applicants and landlords
- Identifying new business and landlord opportunities
- Supporting prospecting and business-development activity
- Working closely with our Sales team to identify lettings opportunities
About You
Ideally, you'll already have some experience within residential lettings or estate agency and understand the fundamentals of the lettings process.
You'll be:
- Confident and an excellent communicator
- Proactive and comfortable picking up the phone
- Commercially minded and motivated by results
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Positive, resilient and willing to take ownership
- Ambitious and keen to develop your career
A full UK driving license is required.
