Benn Hamilton Fitness is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, organised and driven Appointment Setter to become a key part of our team.
This is not a cold-calling sales role.
Your responsibility is to build relationships with people who have already expressed an interest in transforming their health and fitness. Many of these people simply need someone to guide them through the first step of booking a consultation.

The Role
As an Appointment Setter, you'll be responsible for managing incoming enquiries, following up with potential clients and booking consultations for our coaching team.
You'll play a huge role in the continued growth of Benn Hamilton Fitness by ensuring every lead receives a world-class experience from their very first interaction.

- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and technology.
- Professional, trustworthy and reliable.
- Passionate about helping people improve their lives.
- Able to work independently from home.
- Must be available to respond to new enquiries within 5 minutes during agreed working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all incoming leads using our CRM system.
- Contact every new enquiry quickly and professionally.
- Build rapport and confidence with prospective clients.
- Book consultations for our coaching team.
- Follow our proven lead nurture system and scripts.
- Keep accurate notes and update every lead within the CRM.
- Follow up consistently until every opportunity has been exhausted.
- Provide daily updates on lead activity and performance.
Performance Expectations
Successful candidates will be expected to achieve:
- Minimum 300% monthly call rate compared to lead volume.
- 50%+ consultation booking rate.
- 40%+ consultation attendance rate.
- Accurate CRM management with every lead fully tracked.
Hours Available
We have both:
Part-Time
Full-Time
Hours will vary depending on lead volume and business growth.
Salary & Earnings
Existing Team Members (Additional Role)
- Commission only
- £15 per consultation attended
Part-Time Position
- Basic Salary: £9,360 - £12,480 per year
- On Target Earnings (OTE): £12,960 - £16,000+
Full-Time Position
- Competitive salary available depending on experience and agreed hours, with additional performance bonuses linked to KPIs.
High performers will have opportunities for increased earnings and progression as Benn Hamilton Fitness continues to expand.
