Ottertots is an established provider of nursery childcare and we are looking for staff to join our expanding professional team.

Ottertots is a large setting with an indoor soft play and lots of outdoor space.
A little bit about the role…
- Build effective relationships and fully engage with children, parents and colleagues to deliver the best possible service and care
- Learn how to create safe and stimulating environments in line with the EYFS
- Learn how to observe, assess and plan to support the individual needs of children
- Understand and implement safeguarding, health and safety and welfare policies
What skills & experience are desired
- Keenness to work with children and deliver high quality childcare/early years education
- Good, confident and honest communicator
· Most importantly to be a fantastic team player who goes the extra mile to support colleagues and families?
- Good organisational skills with an ability to plan own work and resources
· Be able to ignite that spark that encourages children to be creative and curious?
- Ability to establish good relationships with parents – demonstrating a welcoming and approachable persona
- Good understanding of the policies and practices within a childcare setting
- Knowledge of the EYFS and its practical application within a childcare setting
- Demonstrates strong initiative and ability to think on their feet
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
