Candidate must have 2 years experience working in a care setting for the elderly. To support Staff Nurses in some aspects of managing the shifts. To help in induction, training and development of care and domestic staff. To ensure care staff and domestic staff carry out their duties in a competent and efficient manner. To maintain confidentiality in all aspects of care and your work within the Home. To assist residents with personal care which includes: using bath/shower, foot and nail care, shaving, denture care, toileting, preparing for bed, getting out of bed, washing and dressing. To keep records of activities of daily living for residents.
