Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
- Serve food, drinks, and catering items efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Support food preparation activities as needed to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service experiences for customers
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or food handling is desirable but full training can be provided
- Knowledge of catering, serving techniques, and food safety protocols
- Barista experience or familiarity with coffee preparation is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and customer service
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality roles enhances your fit for this position
