We’re looking for a committed, hardworking, and enthusiastic person who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, both chairside and front-of-house.
About the Role
In this dual role, you’ll enjoy a mix of nursing and reception work, with some days spent assisting our clinicians in surgery, and other days focused on delivering exceptional patient care and customer service at reception.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Assisting the dental team during clinical procedures
- Maintaining high standards of infection control and cleanliness
- Welcoming patients and managing appointments efficiently
- Handling patient enquiries, records, and payments
- Supporting the smooth running of the practice and ensuring a 5-star patient journey
Ideal Candidates Will Have / Be:
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills and taking on a varied role
- Friendly, caring, and empathetic with a strong focus on patient care
- Organised and professional, with attention to detail
- Calm under pressure and confident in a busy environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passionate about delivering 5-star customer service
- Experience in dentistry or reception is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided for the right candidate

We’re an established, reputable dental practice with 9 modern surgeries, fully computerised and equipped to a high standard including digital x-ray technology. You’ll be joining a supportive and friendly team who value professionalism, positivity, and personal growth.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 5:30pm
