Warehouse Operative / picker
Established in 1990 and operating from Sandall Stones Road, Doncaster, BA has grown steadily to become a major manufacturer of kitchen and bedroom doors and accessories in the UK furniture components industry.
We are currently recruiting an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse and manufacturing team.

Pay Rate: Starting rate £13.08 - £13.52 per hour
Contract: Full time – Permanent
Working hours: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri) days, 6am to 2.30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Moving raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse and manufacturing areas.
- Supplying production lines with materials as required.
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Carrying out stock movements and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Keeping work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards.
- Supporting the warehouse and production teams with general duties as required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential).
- Flexi/Bendi Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential).
- Previous experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment.
- Good attention to detail and a strong commitment to health and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude.
