Early Years Room Leader

About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to join our friendly team. You will lead the day-to-day running of your room, providing high-quality care and education while inspiring and supporting your team to deliver outstanding practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support your room team to provide exceptional care and learning.
- Plan engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Monitor children’s development through observations and assessments.
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and compliance.
- Mentor and develop practitioners, apprentices and students.
- Maintain an organised, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
About You
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
- Previous experience in a senior practitioner or room leader role.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A positive, caring and proactive approach with a genuine passion for early years education.
