Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

BH Motors Malvern is looking to recruit an experienced Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our busy and well-established all makes Service & MOT workshop.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician who enjoys working on a wide variety of vehicles and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
About the Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out servicing, repairs, maintenance, diagnostics, and MOT preparation on a broad range of cars and light commercial vehicles.
Working as part of a professional and supportive team, you will be expected to maintain high standards of workmanship whilst working efficiently in a busy workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose faults using modern diagnostic equipment
- Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional work where required
- Conduct MOT preparation and repairs
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
- Support colleagues to achieve workshop productivity and customer satisfaction targets
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
- Minimum 5 years' experience in vehicle repair and maintenance
- Experience working on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work to a high standard in a fast-paced workshop environment
- Positive attitude and strong team ethic
- Full UK driving licence
