About Us
Cosy is a leading international supplier and developer of educational resources for schools and nurseries. We’re not your average company, we’re proudly unique. Our innovative and sustainable product range helps children learn through play, while our low-carbon supply chain supports the planet. We source natural and upcycled materials and deliver thousands of high-quality, value-for-money products to tens of thousands of customers every year.
We’re also proud to be double King’s Award winners, recognised for both Sustainability and International Trade - a testament to our commitment to responsible business and global impact.
Cosy gives back too. We donate 10% of our profits annually to the Cosy Foundation, supporting charities and projects that impact thousands of children’s lives each year.
Founded in 2011, Cosy has rapidly evolved into a leading global brand. We’re in a period of significant growth, and we’ve built a dynamic, passionate team. We are working hard to make Cosy one of the very best places to work in the UK.
The Opportunity
Do you love digital marketing? Ever found yourself opening an email, scrolling social media or seeing a Google Ad and thinking, "I'd do that differently"? This could be the one for you.
We’re in a phase of rapid growth and we need an ambitious, hands-on proactive and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager who is ready to smash targets and elevate our digital presence.
You will take end-to-end ownership of our digital marketing strategy across email marketing, paid search (PPC) and social media, turning customer data into high-converting campaigns. Reporting directly within the marketing function, you will manage agency relationships, optimise multi-channel funnels, and bring high-energy leadership to our digital journey.
We're also at an exciting stage in our digital journey, with plenty of opportunities to try new ideas, make an impact and help shape how we do things. If you enjoy getting stuck in and seeing the results of your work, we'd love to hear from you.
