A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE?
Create and maintain an engaged culture that delivers world-class service
Lead a Safety First culture, ensuring compliance with DHL safety standards
Manage and influence key operational stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement, removing barriers and enhancing operational performance
Define and embed clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across leadership teams
Foster accountability, engagement, and high performance to support operational excellence.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO?
Previous experience managing teams within a warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or operational environment
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that support operational and business objectives
A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering results and getting things right first time
Strong customer focus and ability to drive operational standards
