Roofing Gear is looking for a driven and hands-on Branch Manager to lead our busy Poole branch. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a specialist roofing merchant, lead a successful team and drive sales growth within the roofing sector.

Roofing Gear is a specialist roofing merchant supplying roofing materials and solutions across Yeovil, Dorchester and Poole.
Working closely with roofing contractors, builders and trade professionals, we provide expert advice, quality products and outstanding service. As part of the Independent Builders Merchants Group (IBMG), we combine local expertise with the strength of a national business.
As Branch Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the day-to-day success of the branch.
You'll lead your team, drive sales and profitability, build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities within the local roofing market.
This is a hands-on role with real autonomy and the opportunity to make a lasting impact.
Lead and develop your branch team
Drive sales, margin and branch profitability
Build relationships with roofing contractors and trade customers
Identify and win new business opportunities
Deliver excellent customer service
Manage branch operations and stock
Maintain Health & Safety standards
Create a positive and high-performing branch culture
Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience
Background in roofing merchants, builders' merchants or trade distribution
Strong leadership and people management skills
Commercial awareness and sales focus
Excellent customer service skills
A hands-on and proactive approach
Passion for developing people and growing a business
