We are currently recruiting for a Services Technician on a fixed term basis, covering a period of maternity leave. This is a 10-month fixed term contract.
The salary on this role is £26,230 per annum (pro-rated for the fixed term contract).
Who we are looking for
As a Sterile Services Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all components, equipment, and materials are effectively prepared, sterilised, and ready to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
We are looking for candidates who are happy working in a small team within a pharmaceutical preparation area as well as a clean room environment. We welcome applicants who have experience in similar roles or transferable skills. Any experience in a GMP environment would be beneficial. Although full training would be provided.
The working hours are 37.5 per week with paid overtime available during busy periods.
The role
You will be involved in the following:
- Completion of work requests to meet production schedules
- Cleaning and preparing equipment prior to sterilisation
- Managing and replenishing consumables in production areas
- Performing activities in compliance with GMP requirements
- Supporting cleaning and disinfection our grade C classified areas
- Performing tasks involving some heavy lifting

- Have experience in sterile services or GMP environments (desirable but not essential)
